Ben is another member of the high achieving XP team, having earned his stripes as a consistent target hitter in his 4 years of service. He recruits for both permanent and freelance roles in the London area, specialising in Set & Scenic Design and Build. His degree in Event Management and experience within event production outside of work makes him an ideal recruiter in the events industry.

Outside of Work: When Ben isn’t in the office or out shaking hands in London, he can be found immersing himself in the local culture of Bristol and London, or getting stuck into his next DIY project.

Ali has a broad and varied personal career history including 10 years in TV as a Producer/Director. He’s passionate about building relationships with people and delivering a top notch service to clients in Events and Exhibitions across the South East.

Outside of work: A father to young twin girls, Ali is kept busy night and day. He’s also a licensed drone pilot in three countries!

Summer is part of mustard’s XP team, having studied Events Management within her Music Business degree and having worked within various roles for festivals and venues over the past 10 years, Summer was especially keen to get involved in Events recruitment. Her current role allows connections to be made with clients and candidates everywhere in the UK outside of London.

Outside of work: Summer loves visiting new places, going to gigs, nature hikes and heading out for a nice meal with family or friends.

Prior to a career at mustard, Tom worked in the British and Scandinavian music industry for over a decade. Event coordinating across the UK, Europe & Asia  as well as working on Commercial, Television and feature film sets. He has a reputation for keeping calm under pressure, and is motivated to assist candidates in finding their ideal career paths with his personal approach and attention to detail.

Outside of work: You’ll find Tom out exercising his passion for music at gigs across Bristol or in the stands at every Bristol City home game.
