Joe Bungey is our Operations Director and one of our leaders of the Built Environment team from the Bristol office. As an Architectural Graduate from Cambridge University, Joe came over to the dark side of recruitment over 4 years ago and hasn’t looked back. As an Architectural enthusiast Joe gets to talk about people and practices work all day every day, he loves it!

Outside of Work: Known to be pretty handy making and designing random things and also running marathons!

Leading the BE team, Oscar Dixon-Barrow is a highly experienced recruiter who’s worked up the ranks of the business to become Associate Director. With over 9 years in the business, Oscar has worked across permanent and contract recruitment for mustard placing candidates in roles across the UK.

Outside Work: Oscar was a lynchpin of the office 5 a side football team but this has had to take a back seat with the arrival of his 1st child. Also a keen festival goer and 1st to put the Reggae on the office music system!

Outside of Work: Kelvin is British:Chinese so even though he runs our Hong Kong office he was born and raised in a British town just outside Bath, so has a great knowledge of British and HK culture.

After working in the hospitality industry for years, Elaine Connell has moved to the recruitment industry to develop her career. As a seasoned Talent Partner, Elaine has proven herself as a high hitter in the BE team.

Outside of Work: Elaine is a huge GAA fan, supporting Mayo. Also loves to relive her youth with a bit of soft shoe Irish Dancing.

Harrison Green started his recruitment journey in the freight industry before moving over to Creative Industries with mustard. Now working as a Recruitment Executive specialising in Visualisation for the ID and BE team.

Outside of work: Harrison organises gigs and events across Bristol, playing shows with his band, or down at Ashton Gate cheering on the mighty Bristol City. Being a massive motorsport enthusiast and he’s involved in classic motorcycle racing on the weekends

Guy Roberts previously recruited for the Education and Engineering Sector across the UK, he’s pleased to be a core part of BE team here at mustard as a Recruitment Executive.

Outside of work: When Guy’s not a work he loves painting and drawing, going out and listening to music, or having a lovely cup of tea and a biccy.

Joining us at as a Recruitment Executive, Aaron Roche stepped into the world of recruitment at the turn of the year and hasn’t looked back since. With previous sales experience in other industries, he’s solutions orientated.

Outside of work: He enjoys going for a bite to eat and a tipple, almost as much as playing football… and most importantly he’s a big Liverpool fan .

Martha Cumiskey is an experienced Recruitment Executive, placing candidates within the Built Environment sector. Having graduated University a few years ago, Martha studied English Language and Linguistics. She’s built advanced skills in communications with her background in hospitality and her time solo backpacking around Australia and South East Asia.

Outside of work: This social butterfly is always surrounded by lots of people, enjoying her pub but also returning home to North Devon to spend time at the beach with friends and family.

Joining us as a Recruitment Researcher, Riley recently moved from Melbourne to Bristol. With previous experience in the sales sector as a Broadcast Sales Coordinator at one of Australia’s largest media distributors, Channel 9. Prior to that, Riley studied Media and communication at Swinburne University of Technology in 2021, majoring in Social Media.

Outside of work: Riley’s into sports, music and music festivals. As he settles into Bristol, he’s ready to start growing his list of international friends.

Born and raised in Southampton, Jodie took a leap of faith in 2015 to move to Spain for education and to delve in the Spanish culture that has always fascinated her. Having moved to Bristol in 2021, she’s worked various roles at the forefront of customer interaction, truly learning the significance of meaningful conversations. Now she’s back in Bristol, Jodie’s looking to jump into recruitment as a Recruitment Researcher for mustard jobs.

Outside of work: Jodie enjoys going for walks, home workouts and occasionally meeting friends for a drink in the centre of Bristol.
