New Starter Blog – November 2020

20-Nov-20

Welcome to our new recruits of November 2020!!

mustard started off this month by welcoming our three newest additions to the Bristol sales team. Alex Harrison, Ellis Phillip and Imogen Duncan were the stand-out candidates after a vigorous, virtual and socially distanced interview process that took place throughout October.

Right now they are in our training hub (ran by myself), where they will each work to become specialist recruiters, eventually heading to one of our sector specific divisions under the watchful eye of our dedicated Team Leaders.

Alex Harrison will be joining our bustling mustard MD team covering roles within Marketing & Design. Alex’s genuine interest for marketing and sales is the perfect mix to ensure he is an engaged and well-rounded consultant. As well as being an avid rugby player and mathematics whizz, Alex runs his own clothing brand which has recently seen a lot of success during the pandemic… silver linings to every dark and gloomy cloud!

Ellis Phillip’s enthusiasm and previous experience in fast paced recruitment grabbed our attention and we are glad to be welcoming Ellis to the mustard BE team working with our clients across the Built Environment.. Ellis is yet another sports fanatic here at mustard and outside of work he enjoys golf, pool and is also a confident football player, which is music to the ears for the members of the mustard five aside team!

Last but certainly not least we have Imogen Duncan joining our mustard ID team. During her studies at Bath Spa University, Imogen worked part time on the beauty counter at L’Oreal as a Beauty Advisor. With her background in cosmetics and fashion we look forward to seeing her add a certain je ne sais quoi to the retail brands and agencies desk within our interiors team. Imogen’s own personal interest in fashion and beauty combined with the knowledge from her Geography degree has made her passionate about making these industries more sustainable in the future. Imogen has travelled to various corners of the world including Egypt, Spain and France and hopes to explore America and Asia at some point.

We are delighted to welcome this lively bunch to our Bristol office, and we look forward to seeing them flourish within their teams. Good luck!!
