Welcome to our 2020 Apprentices’….

A big welcome from everyone at mustard this week to our 2020 apprentice intake.

Joining the mustard team this year are Max Colella and Kenan Salmon who were the stand-out candidates after a thorough interview process over the last 6 weeks.

Both guys will be working for mustard full time with a day every other week at college to study Level 3 Recruitment Resourcing. We will be providing full training and support over the next 13 months of their apprenticeships and after that we hope they will be ready to take a full time permanent job with mustard.

mustard has been hiring apprentices for the last 7 years and we have had some real success stories across our business, from people joining our team in administrative capacity and progressing to Office Management/HR, all the way through to people joining sales teams after apprenticeships and becoming fully fledged consultants.

Infact one of these success stories is Charlie Turner, who will be managing the onboarding, training and induction for Max and Kenan. Charlie started with us as an apprentice back in 2017 and completed her apprenticeship a year later, she was then offered a permanent role in our business in 2018. She took up the running of an Interior Design desk before moving onto her current role in our business as a Senior Researcher - Internal Recruitment & Training.

Charlie says “Having started as an apprentice myself I know first-hand the opportunity that is on offer, in what was the kickstart to my career! I also know how hard the guys will need to work but I’m sure they are up to it and I look forward to working with them.”

We wish the guys well as they start their working life journey and take their first steps in recruitment.

We are still interviewing for our 2020 Grad intake and also for multiple Trainee Recruiter roles. If you are interested, please contact Charlie Turner on charlie@mustardjobs.co.uk.
