I am on the look out for a senior interior designer to join a well established, luxury interior design studio in west London. These guys are a 50 strong team of interior designers, architects and support staff. 

You will be reporting directly to the design director and will typically have a team of two or three staff members reporting to you. 

For this role you must have;

- At least 6 years relevant industry experience
- Competent knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Be able to produce drawings and detailed specifications
- Experienced liaising with contractors and consultants as well as the client

You will be;

- Designing bespoke FF&E
- Co-ordinating suppliers and building rapport
- Managing project meetings, delegating and providing your team with timelines and goals to work to. 
- Supporting/ motivating members of team in their roles and mentor them to increase experience and capabilities

I am working with an AJ100 practice based near Reading who are looking for a Landscape Architect to join their team. 

You will be apart of the Urban Design team working on a variety of landscape projects, providing architectural, regeneration, masterplanning and urban design services, to your clients across the Home Counties. 

You will be responsible for looking over the designs and reviews in order to improve any existing developments and give advice on any ongoing projects, while also supporting the wider team.

• Taking client briefs before formulating interior space plans and 3D models to demonstrate creative and impressive designs, conducive to intended purposes.
• You will need to be able to stick to deadlines.
• You will have excellent visual presentation skills and materials to pitch and present to clients and win work.
• You will work alongside the bid team, therefore, an understanding of the commercial impact of design is important and you will need to be aware and remain on trend with this knowledge.
• Experience and skills in working and sourcing with suppliers to uphold the studios design responsibilities under 14001.

The REQUIREMENTS of the role include:

• You must have at least 5+ years of experience in the Commercial Interior Design sector.
• Proficiency in Vectorworks (2D and 3D)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites (specifically InDesign and Illustrator).
• Proficiency in SketchUp and Enscape.
• Awareness in P-con planner software.
