Our Surrey based integrated design agency is seeking a new business manager on a permanent basis. This role will focus on generating new business opportunities within a B2B environment, lead generation, driving business in line with the clients strategy and a professional marketing agency services offering. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a creative agency setting and client service. You will carry overall responsibility for developing new connections, campaigns, generating new lead opportunities, planning for sector diversity and creative solutions led sales growth. Working with the Business Director, Creative Director and wider studio team, you will work towards strategic company objectives and targeted sales growth for the client.
Essential Skills:
• Strong communication skills across all channels (by phone, in-person, socials etc)
• Have experience in generating creative/digital campaigns/opportunities in a B2B environment
• Comfortable in pitching in a B2B arena particularly to marketing services and procurement
• Ability to apply agency knowledge across a variety of sectors
• Confidence to communicate to all levels of seniority within a prospective business
• Enthusiastic with a drive to succeed in a demanding sales prospecting environment
• Target driven to achieve a good level of pre-qualified new prospect appointments each month
Desirable Skills:
• Proven new business sales & prospecting experience with success
• Ideally an understanding of the creative & digital agency model
• Experience in utilising a CRM to aid and record sales activity
• Computer literate, with ability to use MS Word and Excel software
• A tenacious, can-do attitude
• Highly committed, yet creative in a prospecting, new business environment
• Outstanding in unearthing opportunities and building new relationships through to delivery
Salary: £45,000/pa

Role:
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to coordinate with all relevant parties in order to carry out design related and problem solving tasks. You will be the forefront of meeting clients with the senior management and being hands on in deciding the best design solutions and strategic matters. A client of mine is in need of an experienced contractor to assist with a hotel interiors project from 23/05/24, full-time, until 12/07/23! You'll be taking a global design concept and applying it to other sample properties. The client needs a strategic thinker who can work with the team to develop spatial experiences, touchpoints, and designs that relate back to the global concept.
- Must have own software licenses for Sketchup + Vray 5
- Ability to visit SW9 office 2x a week ideal
- Take concepts from development to technical drawings
- Good communication skills + experience working in a multi-disciplinary practice
- Capability in other programs such as Slack, Figma and Adobe Suite.

I am on the look out for a senior interior designer to join a well established, luxury interior design studio in west London. These guys are a 50 strong team of interior designers, architects and support staff.
You will be reporting directly to the design director and will typically have a team of two or three staff members reporting to you.
For this role you must have;
- At least 6 years relevant industry experience
- Competent knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Be able to produce drawings and detailed specifications
- Experienced liaising with contractors and consultants as well as the client
You will be;
- Designing bespoke FF&E
- Co-ordinating suppliers and building rapport
- Managing project meetings, delegating and providing your team with timelines and goals to work to.
- Supporting/ motivating members of team in their roles and mentor them to increase experience and capabilities

A highly respected residential design practice is looking for an experienced CAD Draftsman/Technical Designer to join their team due to expansion. As specialists in large scale luxury residential projects, this would suit someone who has previously worked on large and complex projects. This role will expect you to work closely with team members to prepare tender documentation and construction drawings with a high level accuracy and to time frames. Solid knowledge of local building regulations is a must, with previous experience preparing general building plans and submissions.
