Great news as we welcome on board our 2018 apprentice intake....

mustard is proud of the opportunities it offers young people to start their journeys in business with little or no experience, giving the them the training and guidance to go on and secure a successful and viable career for themselves.

With that in mind it is with great pleasure that we can confirm we have hired, and are currently integrating in to mustard, our next crop of apprentices. The successful applicants will be joining our Central Resource Team to specifically focus on candidate generation and management, while learning the in's and out's of life at a recruitment agency. They do this alongside studying for a qualification, Recruitment Resourcer Level 2 which is an REC approved qualification, with mustard building in to their working week time to complete their studies but also the perfect working platform for coursework content etc.

So, we welcome on board the following new mustard recruits:

Sabir Cisman – Sabir joins us with a previous background within recruitment, he has worked for a commercial agency for almost a year in a resourcing role, so we are sure he will bring his knowledge, skills and enthusiasm to the table to continue our success.

Chloe Archer – Chloe is new to recruitment; however, she has had experience working within a family business dealing with a range of people. Chloe has enthusiasm and is showing signs of becoming a great addition.

Kori Robbins – Kori is new to recruitment too, she has worked in retail, worked to targets and is used to pushing herself to provide the very best in customer service. Kori likes to talk so we are sure she will be a popular resource amongst our candidate base.

At the end of the 12 month apprentice scheme all apprentices will be considered for permanent jobs with mustard, where they have the opportunity to join one of our more established teams and take their career to the next level.

If you are interested in hearing about our apprenticeship scheme or interested in any of our other live Trainee or Experienced consultants roles, please contact our Talent Acquisition and Training Manager Katie Hooper on katie.hooper@mustardjobs.co.uk
