Last quarters new hires

In the last quarter of 2017 mustard made a number of key hires and continued to recruit in to it's mustard Development & Training academy for junior members of staff.

As the New Year becomes a distant memory and as we truck on in to 2018 mustard continues to grow and invest in it's ever developing team.
Louis Herinckx joins us as senior 3D Visualisation Consultant. Louis has come on board to develop and expand on the 3D and visualisation side of mustard's client base. Having recruited in this space for over 2 years we are excited to welcome Louis. Louis will be based out of mustard's London office and Director Jack Cowling commented "Its a space we know and have shown some good success in but we are hopeful that Louis can take this Division to the next level for mustard; exciting times!"
Ryan Barnes-Turner has joined our Creative & Digital Technology team as a Senior Consultant specialising in UX & Creative across permanent and freelance roles. With a strong recruiting background in UX Ryan will add some excellent technical knowledge to the mustard team and within an ever expanding market. "The Graphics & Digital Tech team is one of the fastest growing teams in mustard. We are investing a lot to push this Division on and cement the hard work over the last 4-5 years developing the mustard brand. Hires like Ryan are integral to that and I'm sure he'll be a great addition to the team" said mustard Director Peter Browne.
Equally important but joining us with a little bit less experience last quarter in London were:
Freya Wallace - Previous experience within Creative recruitment and joining the Graphics and Digital Tech team
Sonny Lofthouse - Joining the mustard Development & Training Academy as a Trainee Recruiter working in the contract Architecture team.

Sarah Assem - Joins mustard with some previous recruitment experience and Architectural qualifications, she will be working in the London Permanent Architecture Team.
And in Bristol:
Rob Garraway - With a product design Degree Rob joins as a Trainee Recruiter on the Retail Design team hoping to put that design training to good use.
Elisa Alonso - With previous recruitment experience is a different sector Elisa has joined our Architecture Team in Bristol specialising in Contract roles across the South West and Midlands.
Jamie Bhagwat-Brown - Joining the mustard Development & Training Academy as a Trainee Recruiter working in the permanent Architecture team.
Nathan Reece - Joining the mustard Development & Training Academy as a Trainee Recruiter focussing on Events/Exhibition and Experiential Design roles.
Kim Whiting - With previous recruitment experience is a different sector Kim has joined our Graphics & Digital Tech team in Bristol specialising in Creative roles across the South West and Midlands.
Harriet Dawson - Joining us from a marketing role within an e-commerce brand Harriet has joined the Interior Design team in Bristol come to develop our in house retail design clients.
And finally new sales team members require the very best in Sales Support, Marketing and office Systems. With this in mind we welcomed Lucy White to the Bristol Team before Christmas. Lucy joins us from a similar role within another Bristol based recruiter.

As you can see October to December 2017 was a busy quarter for hiring at mustard as we continue to work our growth plan. Good luck to all those that came on board and its foot down now for training, revenue growth and more new hires in 2018. It promises to be a big one!
