mustard hires Talent Acquisition Lead

To help mustard structure our expansion we have hired Katie Hooper as our Talent Acquisition and Training Manager.

Talent acquisition is a dynamic process which shapes the perception of your brand within in the market, and we know from experience, that talent acquisition strategies are critical for recruitment companies that want growth to capitalise on continued success and taking in to account the natural level of attrition in our industry.
mustard is really pleased to welcome Katie Hooper in to the fold to manage it’s Talent Acquisition process and build on the the already established training and development program we offer to our employees of all levels.
“We have an aggressive growth strategy over our next financial year and we understand that talent acquisition has evolved to become an essential part of that process. Having a dedicated resource to strategically work with the senior management team will be essential” commented Peter Browne mustard Director. “This role will also focus on other operational functions linked to staff acquisition such as planning, budgeting, employer branding, on-boarding and market intelligence.”  
Kate joins us with almost 25 years’ experience within the recruitment industry, mainly in operational and strategic roles, which allows her to support the growing business with her expertise, guidance and business acumen. Her experience working with multi site recruitment branches will be invaluable as she will be covering our Bristol, London and Hong Kong offices with this function.
Kate showed a strong interest mustard from day one, “The Directors are ambitious and this represents a great role to push the company forward from an operational point of view, which will only have a positive impact on the bottom line. We will be looking to make headway turning passive interest into active interest by nurturing employees, being transparent in our approach and offering some of the best employee perks within the industry. We will be launching the mustard Development & Training Academy (MDT), we are implementing retention strategies as well as ongoing development and job satisfaction for existing employees.”
We believe the appointment of Kate is a key and bold move for mustard to meet the growing requirements of the business.
